I had a pleasant experience. I had to leave to contemplate my choices but was eager to come back the next day. long after the ink was dry and I owned my new Hyundai Santa Fe, Carl Allyn, my vehicle expert, was sitting by my side and showing me various features in the vehicle. We customized my driver preferences, set up my phone, activated the Blue Link. He even went as far as installing the top rails just so I didn't have to wait an hour for the guys in the garage to get to it!! Highly recommended!

Very good experience for the most part. Was very pleased with our salesman, Jason, and love our certified, pre-owned vehicle. My one knock: I had assumed that any vehicle would come with 2 key fobs, only to find out we would be given one fob and if we wanted another it would be at our expense. This wound up to be about $130 out of our pocket
