My car buying experience was actually very good all the way up into the point when their accounting department never followed through with sending my loan paperwork to my bank for more than 10 days.
I had to call twice and was given excuses on how they sell so many cars in a day that accounting is backed up. In the meantime, the car I traded that I still owed money on was not in my possession. I was driving a car, that I actually did not own, which is not the way to do business.

I bought an suv from Allen Turner then immediately had to do an oil change, brakes and it needs a windshield cowl replaced as it whistles badly. Pretty disappointed will never go back.
