Thank you Troy for all that your patience my son really loves his car. I woke up one morning and decided why wait till I'm gone to leave him something so I called him and let him know what I wanted to do of course he said mom no you keep it you might need. I quizzed him on the things he would like in the future one was a car and the other a piece of land . as we talked I found out he really liked the Hyundai hybrid and he continued to explain why. I looked it up and thought what a lovely SUV . I reflected on the little matchbox car he was driving an thought how unsafe it was for my 6ft 3 son . It also helped that it had come down in price so without hesitation I went to The dealer and met Troy who was very kind and when I told him why I was there he asked what color I said white or silver he went outside came back and said white when I looked at it I thought how "beautiful" and the Joy of being able to give this to my son. Troy also helped me get the best price and helped with financing. I also found out that Troy had sold his father his Santa Fe several years ago. I told him it was a surprise for my son and we arranged a day for him to meet me at the dealer. my son was so overwhelmed when he saw it and we both cried , so I know it was meant to be, and did not wait to meet my maker before passed on joy to my son.Troy thank you and all the staff at Hyundai for their loving care from ordering the car mats to the manger and financial person who helped me make it possible. My son is truly in love with his SUV and his dad was impressed with the new Santa FE hybrid model especially the extra room and technology .

The company, the plans for financing, the ease of processes and never trying to pressure me into buying. Signing final papers, then going out door into area with car cool, detailed, and getting functional set up out the door was the best. And offering to call if need further assistance.
