This is the second car I have bought from Allen Turner Hyundai. They have always treated us well. The sales people are very knowledgeable and accommodating. I hope to do business with Allen Turner Hyundai again.

You need to revamp the way you pay your sales people! I bought a santa fe sel, the very next day I took some stuff to John in financial. I told him that I had a couple things I needed explained about the car. He took me up front and asked the sales people if they would help me! None stepped forward and they started arguing about their place in line!! There was no one on the lot looking at cars! I said “ if its too much trouble Id ask someone else! Very poor service!!! I wont recommend tAllen Turner until there is better service! The GM called me later and I told him about it! If it wasnt for Morgan in service dept treating me and my girl friend like we should get treated Id go elsewhere for service. My girlfriend bought a Kona last year and Morgan answers every question she has. Chris Singleton was my salesman but was off that day. There are hybrid systems combining base salaries or hourly pay with volume based tiered flat bonuses, customer satisfaction scores, and bonuses tied to fiance and digital product sales. My car buying experience was actually very good all the way up into the point when their accounting department never followed through with sending my loan paperwork to my bank for more than 10 days. I had to call twice and was given excuses on how they sell so many cars in a day that accounting is backed up. In the meantime, the car I traded that I still owed money on was not in my possession. I was driving a car, that I actually did not own, which is not the way to do business. All they had to do was email my application to the bank and the bank would’ve got the ball rolling but no apparently they’re too busy to do that over the course of 10 days. As I write this as far as I know, it’s still not resolved. I guess I’ll find out here soon enough.

I bought an suv from Allen Turner then immediately had to do an oil change, brakes and it needs a windshield cowl replaced as it whistles badly. Pretty disappointed will never go back.
