We had an amazing experience buying our vehicle from Allen Turner Hyundai! We live over an hour east of the dealership, and Ryan made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. From the test drive to holding the vehicle for us until we could pick it up, he went above and beyond. We were able to send Ryan everything needed for our trade-in and financing ahead of time, and he took care of everything so we didn’t have to spend hours sitting at a dealership with our two children. That alone made such a huge difference for our family. Lexi, the manager, was also wonderful! She had all of our paperwork prepared and ready to sign when we arrived and was so friendly and welcoming. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes! This was by far the best and easiest car-buying experience we have ever had. Troy was the best car sales person I’ve ever worked with. This was the first time a sales person ever got in the car with me and stayed until every thing in the car was set up and checked to be sure it was working. He was a real pleasure to work with!
