She was very committed to figuring out what I was looking for and what my most important needs were while simultaneously introducing me to new technologies and what the higher trims offer. We ended up looking at a few vehicles so I knew all my options. I did end up going with a 2026 limited Tucson because for what I was getting it was probably the best deal going, and of course it hit ALL of the checkmarks and more. Krista was incredibly informative and knowledgeable about all the features and made it make sense because coming from the 2020 lineup there were a lot of changes. This was the most fun I’ve had looking for a new car. I love how friendly Lexi in financing was, and how amazing the service department has always been in maintaining the 2015 accent and 2020 Elantra I had prior. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Alan Turner Hyundai in Pensacola. What should have been a routine appointment for four tires and an alignment turned into a huge waste of my time and left me with no confidence in this dealership. I scheduled the appointment online several weeks in advance. I logged into my account, which already had my vehicle information, VIN, and even a picture of the vehicle I purchased from this dealership about a year ago. I selected the Bridgestone tires I wanted and requested the shuttle because the appointment indicated the service would take several hours. As the appointment got closer, I noticed the dealership kept changing details, including the assigned service representative and transportation information. Nobody contacted me about these changes or asked if they were okay. I simply received emails reflecting the changes. When I mentioned the changes, I was finally told that they do not provide shuttle service on Saturdays. I had specifically requested a shuttle, so this should have been communicated much earlier. I asked how long the service would take and was told to expect approximately five hours. I wasn’t going to sit at the dealership for five hours for four tires and an alignment, so I rescheduled for a Thursday when the shuttle was available. This required me to take time off work, but I was willing to do that rather than spend the day at the dealership. Before the Thursday appointment, I again received multiple calls and messages confirming my appointment for four tires and an alignment. I confirmed. When I arrived, the service representative originally assigned to me wasn’t working that day, so another representative took over. He confirmed that they were replacing all four tires and performing the alignment. I was then taken to the mall by shuttle. About an hour and a half later, I received a call telling me that the tires did not fit my vehicle and that they didn’t have any tires available. How does a dealership have weeks of notice, have my VIN and complete vehicle information, have me select the tires online, repeatedly confirm the appointment, and then confirm the work again when I arrive—only to discover that the tires don’t fit? Even more frustrating, why was I transported away from the dealership before this was discovered? What was happening with my vehicle during that hour and a half? Why wasn’t the tire fitment verified before I took time off work, drove to Pensacola, and was transported away from the dealership? The dealership apologized and offered to pick up my vehicle in Crestview and take it back to Pensacola for the entire day. At that point, I no longer trusted the process and declined. I ultimately had to find another place to service my vehicle. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. But this wasn’t a last-minute request or an unexpected repair. This was a routine appointment scheduled weeks in advance. They had my VIN, vehicle information, the specific tires I selected, and multiple opportunities to verify everything. I took time off work, rearranged my schedule, drove to Pensacola, and relied on the shuttle I had specifically requested—only to find out after being dropped off that the dealership couldn’t perform the service I had scheduled weeks earlier. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership only about a year ago, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I expected much better communication, organization, and attention to detail. If you schedule service here, I strongly recommend confirming that they actually have the correct tires for your specific vehicle before taking time off work or arranging transportation. Based on my experience, an appointment confirmation did not mean the dealership had actually verified that they could perform the work.

If you own an electric car from Hyundai be aware. There’s only one certified electric car technician here. Your service options are extremely limited and not clearly communicated. First option was 30 days out for service or leave the car for five days with no clear timeframe on when a simple home charging cable would be diagnosed If you’re driving from over an hour, like me, I advise confirming whether or not you need to buy a rental car before you get there

Rude and unhelpful. My brand new vehicle spent a week in the service department for a manufacturing defect just to get approved for warranty repair, now they want me to drop it off for an additional unknown period of time for them to fix it, no loaner or rental car offered.

Leaving one star bc negative stars were not available. Terrible customer service and non-motivated sales reps. Don't waste your time trying to purchase a vehicle from this lot. I have been in sales for over 20 years and have never seen the likes of a place like this. A 10 year old would do a better job than what is currently at that location.

Now I went am doing full inspection on the car there were a lot of things they didn’t attend to it and they got paid for it by my insurance. Disgusting service, lying hypocrites, and this is not what I served for 22 years in the US Army . There should be consequences and zero tolerance for such a ruthless behavior.

Yesterday and today I was fortunate enough to deal with Krista Munoz at Allen Turner. I have bought many cars in my lifetime, but this was by far the BEST experience ever. She allowed me to text her all day yesterday to pick a car and do all the paperwork, showed up early this morning and she was ready to go.
